As we continue to raise awareness with U.S. policymakers on Capitol Hill about the harmful and misguided actions by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) on the classification of pistol braces, we are grateful to build strong supporters and allies in Washington that are willing to speak on regulatory matters impacting the firearms industry.
FRAC members and it’s policy stakeholders greatly appreciates the support and leadership of Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) as well as Reps. Neal Dunn (R-FL), Ted Yoho (R-FL), John Rutherford (R-FL), Daniel Webster (R-FL), Bill Posey (R-FL), Gregory Steube (R-FL), for taking the lead in the U.S. House of Representatives in writing to Attorney General William Barr at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Acting Director, Regina Lombardo at the ATF.
