Yesterday, 48 Republican Senators signed a letter opposing the administration’s proposed ban on stabilizing braces owned by millions of Americans. This was accomplished through the tireless work of FRAC’s legal and lobbying team who both drafted the letter and corralled the exceptional support for the cause. FRAC thanks all involved, including its outside counsel, Mike Faucette, at Wiley Rein and its outside lobbyist, Adnan Jalil, at Alpha Strategies, and each and every Senator that stood with us that day by signing onto the letter.
